Hi all, decided to move this RX8 on (genuine reason for sale- poss incoming V8 LDV millstone)

It's in really superb condition- no dents or scratches at all, a tiny scuff on the rear bumper, that's it! 190bhp version, swift and sounds amazing! Full service history and book pack, 53k, 3 keys, full leather, heated elec seats, parrot thing, lovely to drive. The only issue is it doesn't like to start when hot. Needs at least a 20 minute gap. I've not got involved investigating it. Starts perfectly when cold and when running up to temperature. Location Tavistock- shiters price £300

At that price, you'd buy two so that one's always cold. Serious value, all joking aside.

The Boxing Day sales on here are causing me some panic, that's for sure. Good grief.

Where's your nearest public transport stop? Seriously interested, just need to cost/plan transport and find a bit of time.

Really glad this has sold - I was looking at how much a set of trade plates cost for a year rather than tax it....

did the pie eating bloke do it??

or did the leek massiv do it?

Less of the pie-eater!!!!

And no. It wasn't me.

Ah, I look forward to regaling folk in the future about this. "Ah yes, I could have had one of them Wankely Mazdas for just £300 back in 2017. Instead, I was blowing my cash on a three-wheeler built for the disabled."

I guess that means it wasn't you then DW - I was suspecting you'd raided the Retro Japanese petty cash tin and biscuit fund jar.

I was VERY tempted. Would have been a fine way to pay tribute to Kenichi Yamamoto, the Mazda engineer who developed the rotary engine, who died today aged 95.

"That's worth £4000 now, but these RX8s are now £40000."

I reckon it might be 320touring

He can drop a 172 at my house on his way down, if it is.

Not me unfortunately, I'm after an estate of desire.

Not me unfortunately, I'd rather buy a tired, ancient old load lugger.

EFA. Only on Autoshite...

I guess this probably isn't the Autoshite way, but with a £1000 engine rebuild that would be good value.

Well it's not Cavcraft. There isn't a spot of rust anywhere on it.

What a bargain, as said before well planned trips and an AA card and you can wankel to your hearts content.

If anyone else wants a slightly rougher one for the engine transplant idea mentioned above :

Crazy that a modern car can eat its engine in less than 80,000 miles. I do wonder what the 2 year warranty covers from those engine rebuilders is it limited mileage?
