This rover was up for £700 at a local show recently, I was tempted. Should I still be?

You could have my V8 one with loads of MOT'n'tax (free) for under a grand... and it's so near to beige it's amazing.

 

Tobacco Leaf, I think they call it.

Crikey! I remember seeing one of those in a supermarket car park in Skegness in about 1995, only now do I know what is (no badges). The one I saw was a complete crock, white with loads of brush paint, Q-plated, had all sorts of cracks in the bodywork. A complete heap!

Yes it is, Could be fun for the £750 the chap wants for it, Mind you not so keen on the dash, Walnut overkill!.

Aye, they're Acclaim lamps, the thing is Mini-based but uses other BL bits too.
