What's going on with that one? 85 has a completely different front and rear bumper, headlights and grille. It looks much more like a 1990ish spec Bluey. Ringer?

Don't think so ,Cortina/Taunus needs upper half,scuttle & dash.

The C reg one was possibly one of the first Sunderland built Bluebirds (T72?). The one above is a Japanese built one.

Possibly? This one looks very similar to the one which is for sale, although it's an '87. I don't recall seeing any early ones wearing this look, but it was a long time ago...

That's annoying, I threw my old one away a couple of years ago. 

@Cluffy has had a similar issue with his Jag's heated rear window, and experimented with conductive epoxy and things... Not sure how successful that was.

I had an E-reg one from new, and they'd been aqround for at least a year when I got it. T72 is indeed the designation. Lovely cars.
