fordperv Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 It probably started with people smoothing off the number plate recess in the bumper so display the plate in their windscreen then chavs who don't do anything to their bumper take it off and think omg my car will look so good without a front plate, that means I can speed and the camera van can't get me (when in reality they have side and front camera as well)

The registration was L1NCS. Also, last week I saw a Range Rover in Leigh on Sea that had the registration F11THY (filthy). So D1RTY and F11THY are both running around Southend, no surprise really.

It had some really good airbrushed images of Only Fools and Horses characters on it
