My rule was that if an unclaimed number was drawn, I'd base it on the sixth ball drawn. That was number 10, which would be Anonymous User. Do we think that's fair? I messaged non-payers at about lunchtime, but only one was forthcoming with funds.

Also, this isn't a raffle due to pesky laws, some kind internet friends have had a whip round to donate towards the running costs of the car.
