Surely any normal person would have reacted by moving their car to the left (where coincidentally there is nothing for him to collide with) if there was a lorry a few inches from their right ear and getting nearer.

He saw that the truck wanted past but decided to sit in the middle lane to 'punish' him for his "intimidation" then prepared his upcoming whiplash claim. Not only that he sat in the lane and waited for the truck to hit him on both occasions, he made little or no effort to avoid either collision. If I'm on the motorway and a trucks wheels hit the white line I'm moving the fuck away from it and staying away. I would like to suggest that any motorist would do the same unless they had some kind of sinister intentions.

This cunt was on 3 Counties Radio this morning , the presenter asked him about 8 times if he denied either setting this up or at least escalating it to help promote his company . He wouldn't answer, was as evasive as a politician and wouldn't even respond when asked why he was in the middle lane.

The lorry driver was a twat for going in the 3rd lane and misjudging his ' Scare the fucker into moving over ' tactic, but will hopefully get away with saying dickhead was driving dangerously so he had to pull out to the right or something.

Having read the dramatic report, and more drama from another life and death escape in Laquer Peel's link i have come to the conclusion he's a grade A cunt.

 

However the bloke at the wheel of the lorry should rise above the antics of twats, he's a bell end too cos if the old bill nick him for deliberately hitting the car and or a dangerous driving conviction he'll be having a right horrible meeting with the Traffic Commissioner and if he's still got a lorry licence after that i'll be very surprised.

Don't forget the truck driver has a timetable to try and stick to. If there's a car in the middle lane, he can't overtake it. Don't forget also that we only see what Mr Dash Cam wants us to see. I'd love to see his behaviour leading up to this. I'm willing to bet there was more before this. Not saying the truck driver is right, just that I absolutely see where the frustration is coming from.

I wouldn't be too harsh. Probably finger nails ripped off at the roadside with a pair of pliers. Further indiscretions probably something like 3 months hard labour hoying engines into skips, emptying it then having to start again. Something pointless but ultimately futile.

Truck driver should never be allowed back on the road. Even though the car driver is a busybody and shouldnt hog the middle lane, losing your cool at the wheel of a 44 ton lethal missile is a red card IMO.
