Bumpy,

i need (not really) a new motor. And in my head it's somehow more cost affective to buy an unknown car in a random part of the country than to spend £20 fixing my own car........AS has a lot answer for.

Pu me down for a couple of lucky dips, then :) Can't resist a chance of a BX.

Is this still on?

Mr 7's industrial relations and human resources consultant has advised him, in the strongest possible terms, to retain the BX for the foreseeable future.

If you're roffling I'd have a couple of numbers (39, 40).

My only complaint last time I had this car was that the drivers seat was slightly uncomfortable, but with the luxurious 16v interior that should not be an issue.

I thought you'd raffled that?

I did. Then I bought it back from the winner when he changed his mind about wanting it.

Good offer but I think I'll pass on the Niva.

I fancy something interesting in car flavour if it was a swap. For all of its green blooded suspension; it's just too ordinary. Dependable and trustworthy yes but it's just not floating my boat anymore. Cash adjustments within reason for the right one.

No Rovers.

Swap the HIDs back out and I don't think there's much wrong. Scabby but no rot, rear crossmember is a good 'un.

Rear arm bearings could do with doing. Should be fine with an afternoons tinkering.

Aargh. I'm really fancying a big diesel estate at the moment. Sadly, no space on the credit card for more vehicular nonesense. :(
