Loosing the will to sell a car.

Good work Vince, turns out you made the right call after all. Merry Christmas 🎅!!

Thanks for all the help and advice guys this site really is the best car Internet site.

I'm going to have to go through the selling procedure again selling the newer A4 and this time I hope not to get a deranged wife having a pop at me again.

The New/old A4 is down the garage at the moment having some new track rods and a CV gaiter fitted first then a new MOT will be put on it.

I'm down to one car once it's sold and from then on its going to be just run them then Bridge them for me. :)

How long before the silly bint gets in touch whingeing about something?

TBH, if the lad did not bring her with him this time, she probably won't. Sounds like he made that mistake once, felt a pratt, and will take whatever she doesn't like on the chin as he knows the score and the proper way of doing things.

He probably only brought her along first time as she was fronting the cash. Once the deal was done she was put back in her cage to get upset about whatever irrelevant scandal there is in today's press to be outraged about, like someone who appeared on 'I'm a big brother get me out of the X factor', using an Eagle chassis on a front engined Beetle project or something.

The dirty pervs.

Well Vince, I hope you're satisfied.  People waited in all day for nothing.  You've ruined Barefoot's Christmas and UltraWomble's professional reputation is in tatters.  You've not just let us down, you've let yourself down, etc. etc. etc.  ;)

That said, well done on the sale  :D

A happy outcome and some faith in fellow man is restored. You'll be glad you didn't force the deposit back on them and refuse them the car (here's hoping you don't hear from them again anyway).

I'd buy a car off you any day Vince.

not to mention all the other members on here with a (un)healthy love of fire.......

I wouldn't buy a car from anyone who moves all the interior switchgear around!

I really hope you put the indicator stalk in the boot and the heater control knob inside the left headlamp.

Don't be ridiculous, man!  It's an Audi A4, not an early Citroen CX!!

Oh yeah - the title's been driving me mad ever since this thread was posted...

It's "losing', not "loosing".

Good job you didn't have to take the mong spelling test... ;-)

Apparently we're not. Imagine THAT!

I might post a white dog poo through his letter box instead, to show how disappointed I am that we're not getting to set anything on fire.
