A new one on me, from the Greek owners of Enfield. After the failure of the 8000 elecracar, they chose to go upmarket and tried to produce this. The Neorion Chicago 4x4:

Rebadged Mitsubishi Mirage for the Mexico market! And only as the Saloon. I would.

I've got a 2017 Mirage Juro CVT hatchback which does not look as dumpy as that saloon.  A lot of hatchbacks which are offered as saloons, i.e. with a boot, have awkward styling.  The Mirage above is no exception.

The Indians, south Americans and Irish love a booted hatchback.

Not sure why.

Wonder if this is the 2000E V4.

I noticed a circa 1990 Iveco SWB van today on Polish plates. Apparently a edition known as a ‘Basil’ (the sticker was in exactly the same place and style as the ‘Daily’ one normally goes).

Yeah I thought it looked vaguely Nissan.

CA20E is the same engine as our injected bluebirds.

The other engine, KA24, is an earlier 8v that eventually gained 16 valves and went into things like Navaras and US 200SX (240SX over there).

Pretty sure most Ivecos are "Fawlty" .

SUB-TITle: Worst Attempt To Fool People Into Thinking a Beach On the Detroit River, Michigan Is a Tropical Hawaiian Beach

Image result for camaro with fake wood paneling.........yes that's Detroit in the background. A one-off dream car/concept car promoting the 1967 Camaro called The Waikiki; with fake wood paneling, forced smiles and the smoggy haze of a grim northern town. Surf's not up yet -- but they got a hula-dancer goin'! Don't you wish you could be part of that scene?

What say any of you? I think it's pretty boss myself...if only how it would piss-off Chevrolet fans if it showed up at a car show. To them it would be like a Corvette with a trailer hitch or Elvis in a kilt. Apparently it had Vauxhall Viva or Renault headlights and okra-colored shag carpeting. Curbside Classic did a story about the fotoshoot a few years ago.

I'd never heard of a Veranti until I saw this today.

The owner said it was Italian and there are only two in this country. Google tells me he was fibbing and it's actually a kit car based on an MR2 and made in Wigan.

Ford - Zephyr AWD

Production Years: 1952-1972
Country: Great Britain
Number Produced: 22

During the mid 1960s, Ferguson LTD was conducting research, design, testing and evaluation of All Wheel Drive systems for passenger cars. This, however, was not the only item of interest to Ferguson LTD. Ferguson was also interested in anti-lock braking systems, which arose from innovation in the aeronautical field. This prototype car, a 1968 Ford Zephyr, was one of the Ferguson vehicles used as proof of concept for AWD and ABS in automotive applications. There were a total of 22 AWD Zephyrs commissioned by the British Police. Today, only two of these cars exist; one resides in a museum in New Zealand, and the other one sits in Tampa Bay Auto Museum

Ferguson LTD was also conducting these same types of tests with the Ford Mustang.
