I would have made contact with the guy if he was persistent in complaining, especially, if he has no real grounds to do so.

 

If you know you might have something to worry about then keeping a low profile is probably a sound tactic but I think it's unlikely I'd not have something to say to him.

Problem is (as i see it anyway} is we give far to much power to ordinary peaple. You can dress up and pretend to be a police officer by getting a job as a litter warden or a security guard. Thease bellends are just sad weasels who want to think they are somebody. We have traffic wardens/ noise wardens/security guards/ hi-viz wearing cockjockeys on every street corner and in my opinion this just encuarages thease "good citizens" to complain even more as they have even more "agencys" to complain to.

Its like living in a cold war communist state............without the decent chod.

Today I was reversing my 18 so I could park it beside our other cars and he came racing up behind me and stopped 1m behind me, my reverse lights were clearly on.

He then sat there for about 10 minutes in his car, as did I, until he got out and started taking pictures.

I then told him to move his car back so I could reverse and he said "Let's get the police down then shall we" and proceeded to get his phone out.

We had the police up about him harassing us but they didn't do anything about it.

He has rang them several times about trivial issues with us and every time they've came and spoke to us but won't speak to him when we report him.

Just carry on doing what you're doing and take as little notice as possible of this massive bell end, speak to him politely if you have to speak to him at all. Eventually the police will get fed up of it too.

 

Failing that dig a massive pit on the road up to your shed, cover it with twigs etc then set on repairing your renner and have a laugh when he drives straight into it like a twat.

Start (if you haven't already) an abuse log. ie record the date, time and location and description of every contact with this guy.  Seems he has a bee in his bonnet about you for some reason (unrequited love?  ) and is getting aggressive about it.
