From what I can see the fool probably spent about £19899.99 of the £20k ruining it with a RHD conversion and the rest on stupidly large bits of stainless to make it sound shite too.

 

It's obviously owned by a retard, "VERY RARE combination of RHD AND DIESEL AND 2500 (The Best!!)" WTF? It's a big Yank truck with the wrong engine, converted to RHD just to make sure absolutely nobody who'd want something like this will buy it, and he's asking insane money for it.

 

I bet the dashboard is made from the nastiest bits of old tupperware out there, too.

You'd be surprised how ok on fuel some of the big petrol ones can be on a run. I've had 19 mpg average from a 6.7 V10 Excursion before now, without really trying, and that Triton V10 is a bloody nice engine - unlike every diesel.

 

Admittedly the thing did closer to 10 mpg in town, but hey, if you're gonna drive a bloody huge Yank truck in the UK you should be able to fuel it without going over to Dr Diesel's Dark Side.

Regarding the Passat,

 

 

passenger rear door doesn't open from the outside, common problem on passats of this era and easily sorted if you're that way inclined.

My Cambridge had a rear door that wouldn't open from the outside at the MOT and it escaped with an advisory. I think the situation is different with front doors though.
