I don't get the Civic. What's a Time Cert?

Also, why not just put "For sale: Honda Civic, needs fucked injectors sorting, £1500" and save me getting three minutes closer to my own death with nothing more to show for it.

Time Cert ?  Misunderstanding of a welsh/Cornish mechanic ? It'll need T' Insert fitting? Perhaps he means a helicoil insert ? But it's worth about £4K fixed, and worth £10.50 not running. Could be anything wrong with the engine, and there's a fecking lot to go wrong.  Variable Nozzle Turbo, High Pressure Bosch Injection, Exhaust Gas Recirc, 16 valves, Dual Mass Fly wheel, Particulate Filter.  IF you can't get it running then assume the worst.

 

 

Did I say I own a 2.2 Deisel Accord.   Fecking time bomb. I mean it's great, at the moment, but I know if anything went wrong, I couldn't fix it.

I reckon someone selling an item of BL finest could outdo the guy, with just as many pictures - of equal kwalitee - except the ratio of elegance/brown felt might be reversed....lol

that's just about right - a nicer car, with better history, than the one sold last February for $322,000 US.

 

I know the owner vaguely of this one. It really is like new.

 

the going rate for a Tg500 has always been 5x the price of a tidy Kr200.
