"It surprises me the way these are currently so undervalued"

So you thought you'd wack yours up for £11k eh? Yeah why not crank up the scene tax on a model people aren't paying top money for at the moment. After all Ã‚£5-6k is peanuts for one of these right?

The price of that Supersport is fucking ridiculous.

But....just look at it

Do you think he'd knock off the £95 and except £10,900 this weekend?

ANother case of: "It's beautiful, but it ain't gold plated!".

There needs to be a website just for all these dealers selling classics at inflated prices, how about Tryingmyluck.co.uk ? Dreamland-dealers.co.uk ? or Tat4topdollar.com ?

Now there you could indeed be onto a growing niche market.

I expect he might accept that, except he might respect his right to reject.

The very naive lad at work was telling me how his birds dad "lends people money and has to repossess cars sometimes". I suggested that he was probably a dodgy loanshark and the lad wasn;'t sure what I meant....

Anyway he was going on about all these cars his birds dad has repossessed and they all sold on this obscure auction website for a few % of the real value (2009 seat leon cupra for £350)  etc and how upset he must be to get such crap money for them.

Clearly the auctions are rigged and he's pocketing a 4/5 grand on each sale, while the person who got their car repo's still owes loads of money.

They have such a half arsed white room. All their photos are overexposed, presumably in an attempt to hide the brickwork on the wall behind, and they never bother to Photoshop out the floor which would be about three seconds work.

4StarClassics do a really nice job and I'd totally buy an eighty grand Honda from them.

♫ You are entering the white room, yeah that's the password, and you can leave your Glass's at the door now

I see his username is now "car_mad". Just "mad" would probably be more appropriate.

No pisstakers though - he drives a Volvo now dontchaknow...

Seriously? A garage wouldn't MOT it because the head gasket had failed? Sounds suspect...

Posted

presumably it would fail on emissions

maybe the garage didnt refuse, but rather told him it would fail.

Watched.

Seriously though, this bloke is not in the real world. In the knowledge that his crappy old car now has HGF as well as no MoT, he's knocked off all of £25 from his original unrealistically high price.

What a bell end.

No Pug expert but that M reg 405 is surely scrap? £200 driven on the weigh bridge on a good day?

The fact the guy cant even be bothered to upload a pic to let potential bidders see the peice of chod winds me up alone!!

Don't forget that any valuation should take into consideration the monetary value of the loose change which is jamming the handbrake...

Interesting how this was 3 months ago but he never mentioned it in previous listings

I'm hoping Puggy guy isn't ripping the urine out off us by playing a bit of reverse psychology on us. He could well be sat giggling at us giggling at him (if you know what I mean).
