J reg Proton!

This belongs to one of my wife's clients, an elderly lady who cannot drive any more. She owned it from new, it has a tiny mileage and what looks like an immaculate interior. Under that moss it's either going to be a complete minter or rotten as a pear. I did think of making tentative enquiries about it but I've really got my hands full.

That alfa is class, can it be saved?

A cursory search suggests it might be a case of contacting the local council (Winchester), but whether they'd be willing to sell it, rather than crush it is anyone's guess.

I've only just realised it's LHD, but I used to have a red 1.5 IE which I bought as an MOT failure for £60 and ran for many years before it finally succumbed to rust.

The car's located here, if anyone's interested.

Holy crap, that Alfa!

I wonder if it's the revered* three headed monster dizzler.

I'd put money on that having been driven up from Italy (small mount for the front plate) and then the owner's flown back home with the plates, since they have to be returned to the Italian authorities before he/she can deregister it.

I imagine it would be impossible to get it registered here without ringing it.

It's only a short drive (away from main roads) from my brother's house.  Being a member of HM's armed forces I'm sure he wouldn't mind me hiding a shifty motor in his garage.   Zero percent chance of this happening but it's fun to daydream...

I've just took these off my camera...

Before Christmas I went down to Eastleigh to see an Aunt and Uncle, and collect the 900T gearbox that I bought and he collected from somewhere in Wiltshire last March...

We went to Portsmouth for the day, to see the Mary Rose, Victory and Warrior...

This old bus was in the multi storey, when we parked up...

Local haunted house with a brace of mouldy Mondeos. Nearest one has been jacked up with the front wheel off for years.

Although there's still a fair bit of weapons-grade to spot in these parts, some of my regulars seem to have long gone.  Haven't spotted this 18 dizzler or Princess Anne for nearly two years now (low res pic was taken four years ago).

Not sure how long this Bertone lovely has left though, it's looking increasingly tatty these days and has a flat NS front.

S1 Landrover in daily use.  That's either a kids seat in the front or a wing backed chair in place of the driver's seat.  Warrants further investigation I think!

There's all sorts of odds and sods in the yard I keep my bus in. This is mainly a caravan storage yard but if you pays yer money you can leave anything you like there. Though I don't think some of these are paying rent anymore, they've just been forgotten about. Here are just a few.

We'll start with this Triumph 2000. This has been under a tarpaulin and on its wheels until very recently so there is work going on here. Coincidentally my own Triumph is in a very similar position at the moment.

I think this is a Fiat 600, it's bigger than a 500.
