I keep walking past this on delivery and it keeps gaining more and more tickets so it may not be long for this world if somebody doesn't move it soon. 

It's outside a garage but they tend to have their own deal with the traffic warden so it's probably nothing to do with them.

I think some round here are even older. Not likely to see any soon, had a letter today saying post suspended, due to Seagulls. WTF?
