Yes, that's how the Devon and Somerset are getting away with it, but A60 Cambridges didn't come out till '61.

Astra

You can see the effects of all that downforce ( and extra weight hanging on the back) from the higher front ride height.

Spotted in London Bridge area whilst wandering. Pretty tatty, but a life goal!

Does anyone know the story behind these? (A selection of CX21, DSs etc, all on the same road?)

Saw an SM last week being driven in West Bridgford Nottingham - I'd forgotten all about it.

I papped this the other week - just off the Champs Elysees in the rain.

Hopefully someone ( Junkman ) can identify this, and I don't mean Mercedes 814.

It looked a bit small for a yank and had the look of a chopped down Rover P4 about it.

Can I identify it as an MAN 8.163 instead?

Possibly a Ford - I was thinking Buick or Chevy - but they both have sloping B pillars from that period.

Looks like this 1941 Mercury (currently on eBay) - which is, of course a Ford anyway

This is down the storage yard, I think it was one of the "the camper's too big, let's drag a small car along as well" cars.

An MOT check shows it was last tested in 2011

73 Cutlass Supreme with 'new for 73 colonnade styling'.   Despite this I think its a bit of a dog really.

These things still have a following down here.

Much more autoshitey this one, I would be quite interested in this but it was a Colorado car and the underside was looking a bit frilly.   Pretty sure that 4 cylinder sticker is wrong, didn't all these have the PRV V6?

Sad Spider.   Horrible bumpers.

RX7.   I'm sure the apex seals are fine on this one.

$1450 - there is no scene for these down here so not sure what the seller is smoking.

I think these are the rust-free US re-import bodies that MG lickers want in the UK.

post-17664-0-43668200-1466106109_thumb.jpg

This on the other hand was an absolute peach, Texas car, no rust at all, interior a little sun bleached but definitely would.

This Nissan is the same size, colour and age as my Merc. Left hooker but had full size number plate space. Is it the base of one of those Infinti things?

From today's car show - I did pap a load of Jag E-types etc, but I am concentrating on the stuff that might be of more interest to the discerning of this parish -

Found this magnificent Passat in Finchley.  Same owner for 25 years. 144,000 miles on the clock but did less than 60 miles between the last two MOTs.
