Treated myself to an Otto model as it was going relatively cheaply for one of these. Bought it as it's like my favourite Alpine GTA with Azev wheels that I owned back in the day.

That's a stunner.... in 1:18 and 1:1 scale!

Never been able to pull the trigger on a sealed resin model, but I could easily make an exception for that.

Yeah tbh I'm not overly impressed with the quality of the windows on the Otto models although this one is better than the A610 model I bought years ago which feels very flimsy. The wheels are fixed on this GTA model but go round on the A610, not sure if that's a cost cutting exercise or not. The detail on both is excellent though so no qualms on that score.  It does sit well with the Solido 21 Turbo my wife bought for me a few Christmas's ago and these take pride of place in the bedroom chamber lol (this one a very good model imo). Edit - That's not what you think it is bottom left lol

Much eye strain was had doing things like painting in black around the roll cage and giving the wheels a black wash to bring out the detail a bit. Haven't bothered detailing underneath but I'm quite pleased with how this one's come out. Masking the stripes was very fiddly, I stopped them just short of the cabin just because I thought it looked better

I think unlike Graffic Traffics that were aimed at slightly older children, and ended up cast aside relatively unplayed with, MFM were for little tots who hadn't yet grasped the idea of looking after things, and ended up beaten to death. These have somehow survived

If you find an MFM Sierra they seem to go for bonkers money. All the ones I have seen in pretty good order, I think they misread the market at bit with them as they were no different to the main range apart from some different colours?

I know this because one of my mates I’ve known from being a kid did some time in RAF, pointed it out when he was round mine and my eldest had my old James Bond one. I don’t go round airports looking at them or nothing! 😂

I make it ten:

Triumph 2500

Triumph Herald coupe

Triumph Vitesse

Daimler Sovereign S2

Rover 100

Citroen 2CV

Morris 1300

AC Model 70

Alfa 156 Sportwagon

Range Rover L322

Not a bad tally but there's still plenty more weird and wonderful cars in your collection that haven't been modelled.

Love the colour and the subtle detailing on this - just enough to give it a slight pop with the badging, tail lights and side repeaters.

I could probably skip the very blue tinted windows, but hey... It's still my favourite from that collection!

It's certainly pretty funky, and apparently didn't even make it into catalogues due to its short life. This casting isn't one I've managed to find in anything like good condition, which may reflect that it's a good one to play with, so got worn out

I had a look at the Gama Calibra with melted glazing, but that's as far as I've got with it

Talking of glazing, I have a few Corgi C3 Corvettes with the roof panels missing and as far as I can see no one makes a repro part.

So I tried making some from resin, the pair closest are originals that I used to make moulds

There was several of the sets there, maybe 5 or 6.

I picked up two,and was browsing the other pegs, decided to only buy one of these and went to put it back with the rest, but they were gone!!!

So I bought them both.

They're like hen's teeth. Not a Ferrari man especially but that's a lovely set

Picked up this HW Aztec earlier, along with a scruffy but pretty straight MB MR2. £2 for the pair seemed pretty good to me. The MR2 will end up as a custom.

Really enjoying the crewcab version of the Land Rover Defender from the 2026 Hot Wheels A Case.

I thought the Defender 90 from a year or two back was their best LR rendering, but I think this might edge it...

There's another one on eBay with a different colour interior for £HFM? because it's a colour trial apparently
