My neighbour's did that water ingress yrick. seem to recall he just removed the interior door cards and shoved mastic everywhere. Didn't take him long at tall and was a pretty simple job, so shouldn't be a problem for any buyer.

This looks a BARG; Uncle_Outlaw had one of these, and thought it was.....OK. Kept it a good while, and probably would have kept it longer, but MoT work required (all related to him using it as a builders van / skip) mean it had to go. Aside of being a vile colur and no Mot it's a 2002 motor, 45k miles for less than 400 sheets. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Daewoo-Tacuma-1-6-SX-45k-miles-/281803457272?hash=item419ccb82f8

JRG Proton. Has had 3 bids, and up to the heady price of £4.20 RNM (Why bid £4.00 (2nd bid) on something with a reserve? Minimum reserve price is £50 IIRC?)
Anyhoo looks ok, drivers window is fooked, but other than that WCPGW? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PROTON-WIRA-LXI-Like-Cavalier-Vectra-Mondeo-/321870913229

Project 306 Finale.....for now....
Got the wee bugger back from tame mechanics today, they've replaced an injector, and it purrs like a puddy-tat now - better than before the unfortunate "incident". With diagnostic, part and labour, he relieved me of £130 in folding which I was happy with - considering he normally charges £30+vat for plugging stuff in. And the bit is £90 from GSF, although he may not have got it from there....blimey, seems like I've had a proper result when you look at it. Yay!!

Rover bonnet looked dirty and had a couple of bird bombs on it.
Washed it all off, Demon Shine, looked nice.
Last wipe....... thump splat.
Fuck off you feathered rats.

Well the red Rover appears to have rewarded my efforts to get it roadworthy again by blowing its head gasket. Temp gauge sits steady at idle but shoots up when driving with any gusto (although it's not gone into the red), heater is blowing cold and if I run the engine with the expansion cap off, after a few minutes it starts chucking out coolant like a fucking Yosemite geyser. Yeah, cheers for that - nice birthday present you ungrateful cunt.
Also, the cat has thrown up all over the porch.
And the grease nipples I bought off eBay for the Subaru van are the wrong thread.
Still, it could be worse - I could be Martin Winterkorn.
