I like art when it makes me think "actually, if I tried it that's about what it'd look like". So it's shit, but fair play to him for not getting halfway through and doing a Father Ted-style "of feck I've completely fecked it up".

Andy Warhole was a beatnik layabout who made a fortune by wearing sunglasses and not saying much. The real tradgedy was not his untimely death, rather the plethora of wannabe crap songs and poems that banged on about it.

 

I blame his parents and his school, what he needed was an early morning run, a cold shower, damn good haircut, a stiff talking to, a tailor, a tobacco pipe and an Austin Westminster with a nice young lady, well dressed and washed in a proper dress...and a hat oh!And a decent occupation in an insurance company or something like that....bloody hippy...he only had himself to blame when that bint tried to wack him...as they say...if you hang around with wolves expect to get bit....harrumph!

It's shit. I could paint a car as shonkily as that, which proves my point - I'm not an artist, cannot draw or paint, and I could do what Warhol did. Hence not art, but con-art. There are more artfully painted cars going around the oval.
