More to the point, how do you put them on ypur profile?

Click on user control panel at the top of the page: click the second tab in "profile" and then the avatar tab on the left-hand side of that screen - click upload and navigate to the image you wish to use and upload it - job done!

If you've got an account with Flickr/Picasa/Photobucket, just go for a search of whatever takes your fancy. Import it into your account, and use the resizing tools these sites all have. Et voila, an avatar of your choice. At least, that's how I do it!

Useful, tried to change my avatar the other day and had some issues with "pixels" or whatever. I usually edit the size with MS Paint, though soemtimes still have problems with "pixels".

 

My current avatar speaks for itself really. I think I'll keep it.

I suppose I should make a post on this thread as it's me who's provoked this discussion.

 

I started posting my somewhat naughty avatars because I thought it would be a bit of a giggle and I never meant to cause any offence and make Autoshite NSFW.

 

I've only ever used risque avatars that have also contained top-notch shite in the background and I really believe that whenever I upload a new one most shiters look to see what car it is before they notice the nude woman.

 

I've yet to recieve a PM asking me to tone them down but I'm happy to do so if the Autoshite opinion says so.
