White Fiat Uno.

That got a genuine laugh from me.

Pssst!

Phil the Greek in SW1 still needs to get shot of a white Uno, or so the little Egyptian bloke who used to run the corner shop in Knightsbridge says.

Allegedly.

Me too!

Metro / Trailer combination is class. I wonder if the bottom of the trailer is still full of grass cuttings and old bits of wood from visits to the tip?

^^ Surely thats a joke? Who gets taken to her wedding in an old trailer pulled by a shitter Metro?

Even the biggest Clampetts would aspire to a tatty , seventies M reg white Roller with flaky door bottoms.

look at the rear suspension - no wonder they need a cattle trailer for the heffer

Any bride would be pleased to attend her big day in a Talbot Solara BMW thing.

As far as I can tell from DVLA enquiries, this car still exists, though hasn't been taxed since I traded it 9 years ago. It did two weddings for me, sister-in-law and stepdaughter, so if it's good enough for them...!

As the royal family has some Germanic heritage, then this could be an excellent choice

as the Herzogtum Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha's have indeed austro/prussian/germanic origins

A Pashley 'Princess Sovereign'. Traditional, cost effective both in London, and as a subtle message from those of us who don't rate monarchy very highly.

Princess.....bike....Diana: I see what you did there.

I'll take her in my crusty 420g, big back seat, a bit of walnut with peeling veneer, i'll do it buckshee if she pays my petrol

she sits on the seat at her own risk, being poked in the back by staples is a regular occurance
