I like very much. I too have a Javelin. Well not all just the bonnet badge. I was working in Somerset UK in the late 1990s and walking along a public bridleway. I was doing some survey work making notes about ground conditions ect.  Something caught my eye in the brambles. It was the remains of a car. I could not get anything from it a part from the badge and the chrome strip . The chrome strip has long gone as I have moved house several time since. I took photos of the remains but I seemed to have misplaced them too.
