Its really not that hard. Then you can be Admin and decide what is discussed and what isnt.

 

EDIT:

Im not being nasty, but its what 3 of us did when we decided that the CCC UK ethos didnt fit with us, we created our own little place. It worked too. We moved on when the time was right also. If you want something specific, quite often you have to go and make it yourself.
