It's not the only thing about hitting 30 - just wait until you notice the adverts on telly that aren't aimed at you/are aimed at you...:lol::lol:

I really like this, Needs a bit of TLC and a lock set as the keys are missing though, Nice number plate as well mind you it isn't cheap @ £750 ono

1973 Humber Sceptre

This seems like a bargain, £895 or best offer and comes with a years mot, I never knew they were as classy inside as they are.

'AND AT SOME POINT IN ITS LIFE HAS HAD A COACHBUILT CABRIO CONVERSION FITTED'

Surely if it was coach built it would have been when the car was brand new?

They did make a Nova cabriolet but they looked better than this one. The hood doesn't seem right to me and whoever went nuts with the wheel centres and garish badging/striping needs a minor kicking.

I remember those 3-spoke alloys, never used to see that style very often - my sister had a C-reg 4dr with them on it. The ones with slots in were more common.

The seller of the Humber reckons it's to be sold with a new test? Hmm, OK then. It's a bit too shite inside, that cruise control stalk seems to be sitting on the top of the steering column shroud doing nothing and those front seat covers are most foul, but these are a most pleasant thing to tool around in.I've had a go at the Cressida, now outbid. Tight bastard that I am......

I have to say though, if you could get that through an MOT without changing its look... even I'd love to use that for the daily commute.

I'd love to drive around in that Marina with the multi-coloured panels!

Woozers this is a bit of a bargain i think, It's on autotrader for £995, Years mot, 91000 miles, Looks tidy and it's a V8!, If it was 117 miles from mine I'd be making a phone call right now!
