That white Renner 15 is lovely. I recognise the red R10 and blue Dauphine in the background, they belong to a father and son that I was talking to at Chumley last year. The R10 is super low mileage too and in fabulous nick. He let me have a sit in it!!

 

EDIT: Hmm the 15 is in Devon though. Big coincidence maybe.

That Vol looks nice. He's totally ripped off my idea of putting chrome trim rings and centrcaps on the steelies though (although I now have gone back to plastic hubcaps). It looks a well cared for car too, the body coloured front air dam looks class aswell (thats another idea he's ripped me off with, haven't done mine yet but he must have overheard me in the pub or something)

 

Dont like carbs anymore though, or autoboxes.

 

Its 60 miles away from me so I CBA to look at it i'm afraid!

I'm wondering about that airdam. Check the colour where the front wing meets the door. Doesn't quite seem to match. (I've been giving the photos some Paddington Bear-level Hard Staring!) I wonder if that front end is hiding something. I agree with your aesthetic assessment though Tim, he's got a real purposeful vibe going on. Good spec, good colour, best gearbox ( :P ), good-looking wheels... but something doesn't look exactly right. Oh well, it's at the top of the price bracket for what it is, and 7 months too soon really (but I would have worked something out if it turned out to be a genuinely nice car).

Bring the pic up to what looks like a suitable size, then right-click on it. One of the options that pops up should say something like "View Image Info." Click that, and a new screen will open up with a few lines of text in a box above the pic. One of those lines will be marked "Image." Right-click that line and you'll have the option to "Copy." Click that, then come back into your Autoshite reply screen and "Paste" into the IMG slot you previously created.
