That is nice but is not an HL:

 

It does not have the HL badges or the extra chrome on the grill. The wheel trims are also standard 1750 not HL. It does have the overriders on the bumper of an HL though.

The offside rear wheel wants to be an HL though. Either way, the DVLA just rang and wants to disagree..
