Nice touch, if you've sniped it at that price.

Yup, I GONE HAS WON. Gonna get the vendor to bleb six months' rent on it and hopefully drive it back to STCKPRT next Saturday. The day off work has been arranged. Wonder if I can get some shitty one nine speedlines on it and razz up to Chumley the next day? 8)

That's a good price, well done WAT!

Now get that shonky Citroen moved on, you can get your fill of iffy French quality from this magnificent specimen.

Nice buy Wat. Used to drive a 305 van with a zillion miles on it. They're ace.

RAD. It was a steal too.

I'm really fond of 305s, I'd have bid on it if I was in any position to collect, looking forward to hearing how you get on.

Citroen GSs FTL.

I do like a nice E12. Have a feeling his reserve is going to be more than I'd want to pay for one with no T&T though.

Ive seen that Escort smoking round locally, looks quite tidy TBH. Last seen pootling out of Asda Tunstall at 0.3 MPH.

Wat, allow me to add a note of approval, well done sir! Looks a treat. Don't forget the camera to record the highlights of the homeward trip!

Agreed. My first car was a Mk2 Escort estate 1.3.

It didn't need a strut brace

But probably did need rear windows?

What in high heaven was going through his mind I don't know (probably a bag full of Copydex) but that is about a tenth as alluring as a stock Mk2 Estate, you know with the proper front end and glass in the back. 0.003/10 SEE ME AFTER CLASS

Terrible photos, I seem to recall being horrified once before at the idea os some fuggin pikey twats picking this up with a chain through the rooof and fucking the gutters up.

I know where this is and pass it at least once a week. It's been teasing me for a long time, peeking out from behind a pikey caravan - often wondered how it got there. I've been tempted to try to get a picture before but stopping my lorry on a narrow B-road and aiming my camera through the trees at a travellers' site might be conspicuous way of getting chased up the M40 by angry Irish types.

If anyone goes to have a look, look out for the driveway just up the road with a mkII Cavaliar and Hyundai Pony on the drive, plus one or two others under tarps.
