Ebay Tat Volume 2 - Sadly deceased.

It's a right ball-ache, you really have to put the effort in to stop eBay automatically changing the title back - a lot of fun on imports which don't always have a model name. 1991 TOYOTA WHITE, etc.

I never enter the reg when I'm putting a car on eBay - that way it doesn't try to do its stupid automatic fill thing and I can put whatever I want.

That BMC thing. Nnnngh. No.... must resist... nowhere to put.... must resist.

You know what that says to me ?, it says "Come on big boy, you know you want to turn me into a very subtle Camper conversion, don't you ?, it really doesn't matter about you have no room, and you only have to convince the bank manager it's a perfectly sane idea, so go on, BID  "

I really have to resist

^^ Can anyone here help them identify the source for suitable replacement screens?

Worth reading for the txt-mong spk of the title alone.

Loads of work has gone into this, perhaps not well guided but it is loads of work. Why on earth is the driver's window done like this? But I like the holes on the side - intake I think?

Or if you like your plastic pigs a bit slower, how about this fine offering

Seems like top money, but could be fun to thrash around, if it ever worked.

This looks a bit too shiny to be true, but it's still a fairly compact thing to have a big V8 in. I predict 2 black lines away from every single junction between home and the office.

Or you could be the poshest pikey on the estate with this slightly purple Discovery. Odd wheels make a nice change from odd wheeltrims

a misguided mate of mine, lashed up, lashed out on an R-plate disco with more rust than metal. The MOT fail sheet cleared 2 pages. the only 2 things going for it were the very sweet 3.9 v8 and the leather interior.

He bunged it back on the bay and made a £50 profit which is pretty much what he spent in petrol to get it to the test station and back

one of those BMC training vehicles recently featured in a show over here called 'Chasing Classic Cars'. There's a clip of it getting overtaken by a million minis about 30 seconds into this video

Noticed this for sale in the local paper at a dealership in Cambridge:

£3K - I don't think that is all that bad to be honest. Looks a cool motor 8)

Are you serious? A badly blinged left handed renner 9 cabrio... cool?

I'd rather be seen in a pink micra!

*Edit - I know its a US spec. It was them who blinged it badly

I can see the engine from that LNA ending up in a 2CV and the rest over the bridge.

Is there an easier way than supersizing the image then tring to find the link in the 'view source' bit?

Assuming you use Firefox - View page info, click on the media tab, copy & paste.

The soft top Renault is a US-spec model - presumably built in the US as well, so I would have thought parts availability would be a problem. It has an auto box too. I remember my father driving a Renault Alliance auto saloon on a trip in 1985 and saying it was one of the most gutless cars he'd ever driven.

This looks like it might go cheap. Low miles, longish MOT and an unfitted LPG kit, at £82 with less than a day left

Going back a couple of pages, that BMC bus is fantastic. The one that was restored a couple of years ago recently sold for some absurd amount of money at auction in the States, I mean like hundreds of thousands of dollars. It did have works history though. I believe only 3 of them survive, this definitely needs to be saved!

that Colt looks nice too Gary!
