£8000 for a 4-door auto one of these seems faintly laughable, looks like a good example though.

€20,000, a lot of money but LOOK AT IT!

Shit off! That's an unreal amount of Quattroporte Evoluzione for seven bags! Ownership is beginning to look less folly and more mandatory.

Mrs P and the infant have gone out, it's not raining yet and I've got all my gear out to fix the Fronty's knacked leccy window, but I've lost the friggin key GRRR Still, never mind, Mr_B's postings have really cheered me up :lol:

It pished here all day. Show is off. Missus is moody. Nipper is crying. I mean, it's summer isn't it.

That's likely the one we had in work not so long ago. N/West London sounds right too;

I PDi'd this car when it was new. Dixons, bought a job lot of unsold 155's from Alfa as production had finished. So any 'AUA' 155 is from that lot. There is/was a metallic red one floating about, which was used as the parts bitch for all the others. Ended up being pretty much rebuilt by hand.

Cool! So it's possibly quite well put together then?

I want to save that poor Dyane and 'do a Billy' on it! Don't mind the scruffiness, but the only sensible way to do yellow headlamps is to fit yellow bulbs, and it needs to be at least a foot further off the ground! I think I'd do that in the first layby on the way home...

CHEAP OR NO ROAD TAX SOON AS CLASSIC

Sigh.

Surprisingly accurate, as long as you move to Spain (rolling 25 years).

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1988-AUSTIN-METRO ... 20ba47eddd

the engine was driven and overheated by my ex partners new boyfriend who has a mini and does not like metros hence the damage I have tried skimming the head and new gaskets but water is entering the engine am totally annoyed with the idiot as it was an exceptional car his name is Ian Edwards and he ran club 42 in gilfynid near Pontypool they have now split and the car is sitting here waiting for an enthusiast with the right offer the car had low mileage but no proof apart from how clean it is
