I was just at a local vintage car show yesterday, and that sort of thing is on most of the old tractors so the folks driving them to the show can take their umbrella and packed lunch with them. Usually attached to the 3 point linkage.

I bet they circle the car park until a space is available nearest to the shop entrance to show off their imposing beast. Then when exiting the vehicle they accidentally press the horn or test the battery in the central locking fob many times before walking off like Johnny Concrete.
