Our neighbours have a selection of odd vehicles appear on occasion. This is one of them.

The original owner did indeed have it built by a well-known Custom Car builder to drive around Paris. For some years it seems. Late 80's early 90's? Definitely in the style of the time.

I wonder if this is where Forza 4 gets its FX4 Taxi "upgrades" from?

 

cuz one of the "upgrade" options for the FX4 in that game is a fugly chopped roof and wide body kit

 

iv been wondering why?, because in that game, cars only normally get options like that from a real life example
