Don't really want the door opening out onto the road (assuming parked the right way round).

Sierra GT Estate pretty rare I'd have thought (as does the seller) IIRC the GT was a fairly limited edition run-out before the Mondeo arrived.

I could be talking bollocks.

Still, he wants £1200 but hasn't put a reserve on it; crispy back arches because TADTS sand an odd bit of rot on the roof. Currently £270 Walsall Ford Sierra Estate Gt | eBay UK

The days of shit caravans being glued/nailed/strapped to shagged out chassis cabs were truly glorious times.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say they never made a GT and the badge is a Halfords special.

It looks more like a 2000E which also used the 'good' twin cam EFi engine.

However I stand to be corrected by the Ford mafia on here, @scaryoldcortina etc

GT was definitely a thing. 2000E was a sapphire.

I remeber that GT badge being fairly common on 1992/93 Sierras, as were editions such as the Azur. The last GTs were in the showrooms together with the first Mondeos.

I had a GT estate like that, a good few years ago now.

Saw a 5dr a couple of weeks ago at a local event:

Cartell agrees on what it is.

Torqueless wonder £2900, and it hasn't fallen far from the Longbridge tree: Solihull. (Yes I know they were made in Cowley).
