Seller's Description

December Mot,It was fully serviced and its running.

Immobiliser fitted, clutch has now been fitted 2weeks ago.

Had been in garage for the last 20 years!

Starts first turn of key. Interior is pretty much immaculate condition!

8 speed box, (Powershift).

Really don’t want to let go but my daily family car has broken leaving me with only this vehicle and it’s not a car I want to cramp 3 kids in for a day out.

Looking to SWAP for anything within reason, Must have minimum 5seats, ideally with a towbar but not essential on right car/4x4.

This car will never lower in value, soon to become tax and mot exempt and according to dvla database there are none sorn or on road other than mine in last 8years.

Car runs, drives and stops with no faults.

Body for its age it’s mint with only some paint imperfections a good polish/detailing session will leave you with only a small amount of bodywork to correct this car into showroom condition.

The whole interior floor has had a household cream carpet sat over the top of original brown cord carpet that is in pristine condition.

Viewing is more than welcome.

Happy to play go-between.  Do you want his email or phone number?

That Tempra does look nice, but be warned of the encroaching rot underneath mentioned in the most recent MOT, which followed a pretty dismal fail. I think rot killed most of them.

Also I'm not sure why the seller is describing it like he has gold bullion, but most old car sellers seem to be afflicted with that particular disorder now

Here is an oddity - a barn find Volvo 240 pickup.  Extraordinarily, in one of the photos there is what appears to be an actual barn.

Billy, that ADO16 poem is one of your best yet.

Agreed, but is it Billy or Barbara Cartland dog who writes them?

There is a slight irony though, as the engine in that particular collection of rust is not the original (11 stud) GT version.  Is it mean of me to hope that whoever buys it to upgrade* their mini is unaware of this?

I really want that. But musn't. I have no use for it. It's had the head gasket done, and that's one of the things about these if they aren't riddled by rust. Also 2 digit plate.

I hope someone here buys it.

It would roffle in minutes at £6 a ticket.
