Shit the bed. Pre-final dashboard facelift Ghia.

I can imagine Bornite dad-driving this to work.

If it was a colour, I’d more than likely buy it and put the new bathroom on hold/tick. Lovely specification and is nice order.

The Sierra ladz simply do not want the automatics so this might be a slightly trickier sell for the dealer; especially 6 weeks before Christmas.

As for Dad - he’s never had an auto in the 35 years I’ve been here. He bought ma a Hondamatic prelude in the 90s when feeling flush, but has always done his own gears.

Heathen (!)

I think that Saph might be a bit crusty close up, arches look an odd shape and its failed a few MOTs over the years for rot. If I was buying a patchwork one , it wouldn't be for £3k !

It only seems yesterday that 2wd Saphire Cossie's were this money , because people only wanted 3 doors. This doesn't look any better than the LX that was floating around on here a year or two back.

Ah, I meant you driving it in general tootling along dad style-ee! ;-)

I think N'nW's criticisms are valid as well really.

I was caught out by the wet look tyres :-)

This is a bit of a gem if like me you're a little shy and don't want to attract attention. Especially subtle is the rifle butt gearstick and 15mm gate valve that seems to be attached to the roof. Turn it and you get showered with diahorrea.

PERSONAL SERVICES & TIT PRICES, even that can't make an Iveco desirable

If that's the livery of the former Lough Swilly bus company (now defunct), it might be worth having for that alone.

What about referring to it as a "Smiley Transit"?

Only worth one point in Transit Bullshit bingo

The full house is

"Smiley face"

"Banana engine"

"The highly desirable engine everyone wants" (will accept legendary)

"Not the usual rot box" (regardless of how many holes it has).

"Becoming valuable" in any form.

A bit like this.
