I was tempted to break my no auto VAG rule for this.

So I tried to find what gearbox it has, I couldn't find conclusively what box it would be, so have decided against it … It should be veg friendly if anyone is interested, but I'd advise against any engine mods, as then the gearbox might lunch itself.

The 'box in my one is OK after 116K, but then I don't think a 90bhp TDI engine is going to put too much strain on anything.  I'm not sure which 'box it is, but I assume it's lifted from a petrol model as the shift points are on the high side for a diesel engine, plus there wasn't a massive demand for diesel autos 25 years ago so doubt they would have wasted too much time / money designing a diesel-specific auto.

I suppose this V6 Citroen might be a safer bet? Cheaper and nearer.

I don't ever remember seeing one of these C5s although in pictures it looks similar to a C6 and for me a C6 stands out everywhere.

Are these Hydropneumatic? If not I'd rather the Stockport Laguna V6 ^^

They must have money to burn; they've been trying to flog that grandpenicheshite for at least 6 months by my reckoning. Who's going to buy a pez C6 with velour other than one of us?
