True enough, but a Bristol can have too many doors.

True enough - I am not sure if its as elegant as the coupes.  Still would though, obv.

This is parked near me in Redditch at the moment. I'm not sure what's going on with the green paint, but there's quite a bit of it on just one of the wheels.

Wrong. It only can have too few.

I admit complete failure at life that I was unable to put in the necessary 3k bid.

That brown Princess might not be too bad, you never know with long term council lock up storage.  Sometimes it just ends up being a shell of paint over rot and a salvagable looking car is nothing of the sort.  That said, it's the cheapest Princess I've seen in a while so it may be worth a punt.

Here's a Wolseley with an extremely basic advert.

Jesus, that Escort pick-up is a whole new level of awful. Empty packet of crisps on the back would have VOSA fizzing at the bung hole if they got you over the scales.

Agree about the auto bit. Be quite hard to price that, but short MOT and if you say a rust pit, it must top out at about £650-£700 on a good day. Would suggest sub £500 to make it worthwhile, and even then it's a reasonable gamble.

I had a look at an auto a couple of years ago with a vague plan to fit a manual box. I gave up when it transpired you’d have to change the crank to make it work. I reckon sub 500 but i’ll bet he wants significantly more.

I shouldn’t want this but I really really do. 8 hours to decide if this or my marriage is most important....

It’s an utter shagged out heap but I feel sorry for it. And it is cheap and would be quite useful. Once I have fixed the exhaust, dash electrics, jammed boot, dented bonnet, etc

Get it bought, stick a big pink bow on it and tell her it's an early surprise for your wedding anniversary.

Nice idea. Might have to convince her that 17th anniversary is “small Korean car” and not Crystal (or whatever 17 is)

You know how at 21 you traditionally get a key to the front door as a symbol of trust and independance?  In marriage, at 17 you traditionally get a small red Kia to the front door as a sign that after 17 years you should expect this sort of bullshit by now.

I reckon under the stickers there's a really good car here, and it's a fairly early 70's one too and there's very few of those left. If you could get this for under £2K you'd have a bargain. Wonder what the reserve is?
