Buy a proper estate.

has blue leather seats

I always secretly suspected people living in houses like that can't tell plastic from leather.

It's nice to know that yet another one of my prejudices turns out to be true.

Hands up who wants an ice cream trailer that seems to be on the moon

One small cone for man, one giant lick for mankind?

It's so fucked it looks like it orbited earth several times, then fell into a quarry at several million miles an hour.

'Hello, is that BP? Yeah, erm, Dennis said it was ok for me to come in and load 13,000 litres of diesel.'

Truck of the year when it came out I'll have you know.

It's quite likely I helped to build it.

International Harvester engine, gear lever worked the wrong way round.

The Yanks owned Seddon at the time.

They were crap when they were new.

I know I'm caught up in the middle
I cry just a little
When I think of letting go
Oh no, only nipped out for a piddle

I cried just a little
When she bumped her Daewoo in the dark

By rights being a dizzler estate, this Mondeo should be a shit heap having been used as a van substitute by a plasterer or something. Actually looks rather nice. Could be cheap too, ends tomorrow.

Does anyone know how much of a ball ache it is to import  from Spain. Could I fly out and drive one of these baby's back ??

Arrange insurance. Fly. Buy. Drive. Ferry from Santander. Home. These things need to be done now while Somerset is still in the EEC 'cause it will never be easier.

I have spent the last 48 hours working out how I'm going to rearrange my fleet of 4 non-working cars to accomodate this. Unfortunately I just can't see a way I could get in and out without considerable expense, which I can't justify for a car I really want but don't need. It seems a bargain price for a low mileage, probably giffer owned S-Type, especially for a later type with the 4.2, six speed box and apparently far less troublesome suspension. Has the Denso satnav too, for which 2012 discs are easily available. A bit of googling suggests that the ABS fault will require a new front wheel bearing with integrated sensor. At the moment they are £130 at ECP once you bang the usual discount code in.

If anyone fancies smoking around in this until the MOT's up I'll buy it off you then for whatever it owes you, or thereabouts!
