Ideal for putting on Grand Vitara, or Beetle chassis, or do some other bloody daft shit to it.

Numberplate obfuscation award, and then some:

LLT 525K?

I used to own a Austin 1300 Mk3 Countryman LLT 996K.

This has appeared on my local Gumtree.  I've always fancied one of these, but is it just me or is £550 a bit salty for a car with no test and needing a job that'll no doubt be an absolute twat to do?

Gnnh. Prizing the '0' from the rear and slapping an AMG badge on does not an E43 make. There was no such thing on a W210.

LLT 525K?

Comes up as a black Morris Mini 1000, untaxed since 1995, so almost certainly.

RONG seat material but correct engine/gearbox combo.

Unispoke steering just adds to the desire.

The red accents and blacked out tail lights take roughly £2,199.75 off the value for me.

That's rather stiff for a rattle can and a visit to the scrappy.

guy on the maserati forum bought one as a summer toy , first sunny day the engine ate itself on the A1 , don't think he even got 50 miles in it

I ran one for months.  Went like a train and didn't derail once.  Fun cars, but I always banged my head getting in

That car would be a fun punt for half that money.  But not £2200.  Not yet, maybe in 2028

A 2cver and x1/9 friend ( he saw mine and bought one five years ago-it’s still not on the road), is also a serial Alfa nut. He bought a gtv which had supposedly had engine work after his 3litre 159 blew up on his way back from his place in France. It too blew up a month later requiring about £3500 of work, some of which seemed to include fixing the handbrake mechanism for the mot.

That 4x4 vdp wagon is almost as much of a glass cock as the VW-chassied saloon. Let's see if we can go a whole week without it being posted again, eh?
