Park any car in an animal feed mill blend shed and it will look like a 'barn find' in less than half an hour!! Steam from the mill floor, molasses dripping from rotten pipe joints and soya meal being front-load-shovelled about etc etc

Is that what they're doing now, luring unsuspecting shiters in with mint old bangers so they can chop their heads off when they come to collect , shocking

Stop everything.

Estimate is £2-2800.

Good luck with that.  The very early 343 I had with 8k on it sold at "Historics at Brooklands" for under half that.  I sold it last year for about £1000.

^^^Saw this and thought I'd make some obvious comment about this being an AS party bus, replete with pack of Top Trumps and Thermos flasks of weak lemon drink, etc. But then I scrolled down the page and found that someone had already stolen my joke and done it for real:

^^ Always worth keeping all those carpet offcuts, never know when they may come in handy.

Sale on at Homebase of sheet-checkerplate and plumber's pipe. That roll-cage looks very robust and substantial. A positive contribution towards the safety of the occupants.

"- Aww Mum, be careful getting in, you've gone and bent my rollcage with your handbag".

That's the best thing I've ever seen

Is it just me or is there something a bit XJS-ish about those rear wheelarches. Like they're somehow still attached to the Jag IRS in some way?

Overall, an excellent effort IMO. Made my day seeing that. With the attention to detail someone clearly had a lot of fun and imagination building it.

Next project, a Morris-Minor Traveller made from old pallets.

Maybe.
