Old stock I guess - Airflow was 65 onwards - looks like a 64 late registration madness !

 

It seems I have no life.... :-)

 

Edit - confirmed - I have no life. But checked anyway - seems Airflow was Sept 64 onwards according to my Boys Bumper Book of Mk1 Cortina Japeryâ„¢

It may have been garaged for the first 23 years but for the last year at least it's been outside a dodgy high rise flat in Leith! Last time i seen it the driver's door had been bent open, kids no doubt. Having said that it is in good condition, and i love the colour!

Ref. the lovely Mk1 Cortina estate, I can't make it out but the bonnet badge looks like it says 'Cortina' rather than 'Consul' so it's probably not that early.

£350 Alfa 147 that's T&T's until December but needs a new Alternator. No doubt a bastard of a job that requires you to remove the front doors or something but still worthwhile at that price.

Assuming it's a typo and should read 89,000 miles, there's every chance that Calibra's Ecotec engine is ready to blow its HG. It's a fairly common fault at that mileage.

 

And yes, the twin exhaust pipe setup is neither standard nor (imho) attractive.
