A Reynard Metallic Prinny? Oof alive. Good job the ad is the mutterings of a mad man or I'd have been suffering itchy bid finger.

I have seen you classic Hub and see you have itchy finger, I saw somewhere talk about a Suzuki, is that it or what have you set your hart on?

I have bought 4 in the last couple of months and only sold 2 but I still have that itch as well.

Nice.

Quote from the Triumph FWD ad a few pages back...

It was being used as a runabout for up to about 50 miles at a time with quite some success
Great stuff, proper shite :D

Princess seller deserves some slack for the addition of axminster rugs as garage floor covering, sets it off a treat.

Or there's this on a slightly more mingebag level

Yay! Joe is back.

Oi, BOLX get it done, what's the worst (etc), it's sub-bridge money! (Until you start dragging it around Frogland.)

And thanks for that spaffworthy three door 214 a few pages back. I'd be on it like a rash if it were pre-1993. The three-doors are FIT but rare. Everyone keep yer eyes peeled for me, I need a "good condition for year" R8 214, 1989-1993, three or five door. Cash waiting, up to about a monkey, can afford more for a minter. May consider a 216/218/220 if it's cheap and the right age. Thank you please.

Meanwhile, check out this shafthandler:

Seriously considering making this guy an offer. I have missed out on too many of these in my time. He does seem a bit of a tit though. You see if you can make any sense of that description?

Foxy Princess Pictures

According to the Princess forum it's been passed about a bit but could be worth saving. Rot in all the usual places and obviously the best spec for a Princess (not that I'm bias or anything). I'd say go and have a proper look at it, but bear in mind that mine with MoT and tax and less welding required should have been £700-800 so this one is probably slightly overpriced. All depends how much you want to take on and how much you'll love it. Prices are steadily on the up for the Princess though, so it's likely you wouldn't lose if you did go for it.

well that doesn't look like a quick wash and on ebay. £3250 seems quite reasonable with a respray.

I would have quite liked that but looks like there was too much work to do on a driveway!

Pretty sure I have seen this "Barn Find" parked up on the docks at Preston by the marina - either that or there are two identical ones in Preston.

EDIT

Whale Oil Beef Hooked - there is an identical (but different) one parked down the marina

Carburettor version (the one you don't want) with no seats in the back (something you do want, if you have say friends or a family) and about 4 x the amount of underbonnet welding that mine's had. Excellent.

Belmont=MEGA. Those seats are the business too, really plush.

Now, if you wanted to promote you half arsed, fully over priced A-team replica van, how would you go about it? I could be wrong but I very much doubt it would include pictures of a bloke with the outline of a dead dolphin on his beer belly, Kid Creole and the Cuntonuts, or a dwarf version of Mr T who actually looks suspiciously like a post op lesbian nightclub bouncer.

yes, dear reader, it's all going on here...

'This van/limo has now won Two awards 2010 & 2011 for best new Business in Lincolnshire. '

As boasts go that's right up there with '2nd best in shiniest shoes in Manchester' competition.

Talking of awards, if there is one for 'Most hapless, half-arsed, half witted, heap of horse excrement' this would probably win

'Forgot to mention I also have some spot lights form a shogun and a propshaft from the spitfire too!'

Excellent! About as fucking useful as an advanced Meccano set for your pet ant.

I'd list it as a Uni-Bond and when the girl at my local DVLA office asked why, I'd tell her because I'm here to fill her crack.
