It looks like a tidy little 316 coupe under all the monging, with 90k miles and a non-scary MOT history. No signs of rear arch grot in the photos either!

Most of the monging looks easily reversible apart from the stupid riveted-on spoiler.

Couple of V6 estates, no sure why the mongdingo keeps popping up in vw Passat estates searches but looks a cheap V6 for that money.

 

I had free MK1 Ghia years ago and it was ace, punchy as hell and not horrific on fuel but sadly in the Blair era of £1.40/1.50 a litre plus a much longer commute made it a six month affair and replaced with a mint* transit gyppo van on a v plate.

 

Did have leccy Windows, mirrors etc but was a complete nail.

 

Got written off and returned for £900 therefore one extra year free motoring.
