No, it's fitted with a 1.4 Turbo without a turbo, which means 8 to 1 or so compression ratio.

Which means it'll run on camel piss, but also at camel speed. With stupid wheels.

What a stupid dolt.

I read it as - this is a boggo 1.4TL that I bolted a turbo on to, it didn't work so I took it off but I need an excuse for the botching. I also fitted some silly wheels.

 

Thankfully, we'll never know.

'Part restored running project, needs paint, no welding required, the car is in superb condition, the engine and box have been reconditioned and as you can see it is in remarkable condition. Absolutely complete with the added benefit of a second complete car either to restore or use as parts.
