Shame about the dent really.  These aren't normally on my radar but I'm quite taken with this one.  The price, less so.  It doesn't seem long ago that a C-reg Laurel was a £300 oddity I spotted on a local car dealer's forecourt and it was there for some considerable time.

This looks a bit alright for one and three quarter bags.

The ad doesn't inspire much (read: none. at all.) confidence but on the face of it that looks like a lot of alright for one and three quarter bags. To think I keep looking at an '99 XJ for £450 more than that.

Unless his daily commute is round the 'Ring I haven't got a clue what he's on about!

Always make me laugh, can remember a lad on some 306 forum saying he couldn't own one as they was dangerous. I gave it to him alright , the baffoon. When I went to buy a 1.9 n/a 306, I can remember driving back giggling to my self as it did feel slow, but it was a mega car.

I've never seen one of those 323's on my life. At that time Mazda seemed to be coming out with new 323's every 10minutes .

I've been missing having a big wafty barge since the Jag went...these have been winking at me in a slightly disturbing manner for a long time and I might have to get one this year.  Ultima spec preferably, estate even better.  Shame some of the parts are pricer and harder to find than some 'premium' rivals.

I'm keeping an eye on these, will buy one when they're comfortably sub 2 grand (don't forget the battery lease though :()

Heard somewhere that Renault are going to wave the leasing costs on the batteries of twizzys over four years. Have a google and see what comes up.

Ssssshhhhh.

Dont tell know one.

But I would like a go in one of these.

Dont fancy doing my commute down the A50 in one though on a foggy icy morning.

Grim.

I had a go in that actual one on a Renault driving day I managed to blag myself onto when it was new.

I have never driven anything that attracted so much attention (even Police vehicles or when I've driven stood up)  Japanese tourists going into the Albert Dock started taking photographs and laughing more than normal.

It was great fun, but it sadly lacked little things like doors, heater, radio or suspension. At 40MPH it felt like the antarctic despite it being late June and having the Renault Guide sat right behind me legs akimbo.

I still want one.

(The Twizy not an akimbo guide - he was a nice enough bloke tho)

It is the nicest car I have owned (and I once owned an Aston Martin briefly.)
