Had the misfortune to own two of these, plus a 200 and a 250 back in the day. Absolute piles of shit.

Seriously, Billy? Thought you'd have been all over this. Although, to be honest, I'd miles rather have an LC.

Look, it is not cheap, but this is the Mondy that will be worth ££££ in years to come.

Is that the standard front bumper for one of those? It's hideous.

I think there are two different variations of body kit (both official Ford I think). This is the other sort.

Edit - one for sale is 'phase 2' RS kit, one below is 'phase 1' RS kit (but that doesn't really make sense with the model years!)

Iveco levels of dreadful I'm afraid. I wanted to like them, really I did, but they are just unreliable rubbish.

That's the same place I got that funky early-ish light blue 205 from, it's a Peugeot dealer in Crewe. I'll give them their due, they were a brilliant place and very honest and helpful.

That's sexy. I've always thought those old Ford Cargo lorries look like MK1 Fiestas that have let themselves get obese.

Polished through to the metal and left in the rain? My 2cv is through the grey primer in places and down to the panel prep black.

That Sierra...

Its just fooking brilliant - I'd actually forgotten how gash car accessories were in the late 1980's/ early 90's

Re: the Mk2 Cav. I've seen listings from these guys before, and never feel that confident...wouldn't it be best to say what the issues are?

  • Reason(s) for failure
central front lower Vehicle structure has excessive corrosion, seriously affecting its strength within 30cm of the body mountings bulk head , within 30cms of steering rack mounts (6.1.B.2) - that's bad right? (err, edit, but doesn't that relate to cars with separate bodies?)
nearside front Windscreen washer provides insufficient washer liquid (8.2.3)
offside rear Stop lamp not working (1.2.1b)
  • Advisory notice item(s)
nearside front Brake hose slightly deteriorated cracked (3.6.B.4d)
offside front Brake hose slightly deteriorated cracked (3.6.B.4d)
front windscreen deteriorated around edge / gone cloudy white
general corrosion on under side of vehicle

I bet pulling up to a T-junction down a small country lane would be fun in this
