That's a really nice Lancia Delta you've got there, looks great in Italian red.

Hang on, where are the front wheels?

I had one of these 20 years ago, it wasn't great, dynamically. But I can't remember when I last saw one

There's no doubt one of these would be a handful in the wet, trouble to own and not attractive to others. But I still like it

I was about to put a subtle penis on that horse logo in MS Paint but decided against it.

Loving that Sabre thing. Great design skills, might be a laugh to drive too.

Also loving this from the ad:

Sheesh, old purpleherpes has got some crackers in stock.

This for instance is 6 grand, which is round about the money you can buy a newer shaped one.

Now I know not how many of you 'do' bikes but that Purple Bell End has a Direct Bikes for £795.

They weren't much more new and are the very epitomy of Shit as in SHIT. Not even £800 for a years biking cheap. They don;t last that long. one winter would kill one stone dead.

Mate had one. The rubber, wasn't, God only knows what it was.

Everything was shit. The sheathing on the wiring is twice the thickness of the actual metal 'cable'.

It was 6 months old an the forks were rusty. I refused to touch as it was so new.

Direct bike I found out had a relationship with Trading Standards shall we say! Credit card Co got involved and got money back.

As far as I know it's still sat in the front garden awaiting directbikes pick it up two years later.

Shows really what over priced tat Purile House sells.

This is a 760, so presumably has the old PRV V6 + auto box. These things are such a dinosaur, in 2012 theyre just no use for anything anymore due to their thirst I reckon. Just an ornament. I would love to get one though and drive it for a couple of months, as a sort of thing I could look back on in the future as 'reckless abandon'

Not really shite .... but these are getting temptingly cheap

/\

They really are a lovely looking bit of kit and defo on the old 'bucket list'.

£8,000!

I'm going to have to find an old bed frame, a welder, a couple of 1970's school chairs and a death wish.

I actually saw one of these fly past me in Knaresbrough this year I think or last, sounded forking awesome!

A mini-based kitcar that looks like a Mk3 Escort. What's not to like?

Been there, done that: 26th June this year, I wrote:

Dear 2012dj22,

I'm fed up with the continuing sob story about the 20p coin, so please borrow a few quid, buy a bloody handbrake cable and send it through an MOT, for goodness sake. Do that and you'll be shot of it, as surely by now you should have got the idea that no-one is interested in buying an MOT-less 405 for £500. It must have cost you more to list it so far than the price of the MOT and that?

27th June, vendor writes back:

Mind your own sodding buisness I am not in a rush to sell. Don't bother giving me attitude because it does'nt scare me more like pisses me off when people like you stick your nose into shit that does'nt concern you and stuff I already know about what needs doing!!!! I have brains above my shoulders when money is tight how do you bloody expect to get things done ? If I had the money before you would of said anything I would of got the things sorted ages ago. So jog on instead of pissing me off.

I've kept schtum precisely because I knew it might just provide extra comedy value in the future. :D:D
