I really love this.

 

1.5D, 65K, long test. £325.

 

Basic, tidy and apparently well cared-for. Small dent in the tailgate - looks like it will push out.

 

It's in Chelmsford. Someone please buy it and drive it up here for me. I'll make you a nice cup of tea.

Lovely. From that perfect period when Renault used metal badges and didn't put them on both front wings (just to upset fans of symmetry?).

 

Obviously I can't afford anything like that amount, but I'm sure someone will. Good luck with the sale.

To be honest, I should probably see the car in the metal before dragging anyone else into the inevitable misery that would follow.

 

Was just checking the MOT history though - it does look a very honest little thing (...starts looking at train ticket prices).

Worth every penny IMHO.  Probably worth advertising it on Leboncoin where more historic R5 buyers will be lurking...............

A bit of shameless self promotion. This french fancy has sat in my garage for a couple of years. 

 

I decided to get rid so something else that moves can occupy my garage.

 

Proper wanky photos included as Ebay messing about on my laptop so I had to use the I pad.

That's gorgeous but bloody Glasgow! Why is everything so far away!

 

 

It's an was flight to get it, not so easy journey home in an unknown car. You're probably talking £400 quid to get it transported as well.
