Apologies if we've had this already, but what a fucking dream. Would it be a nightmare? Should I buy it?

SOMEBODY HELP ME. SAY SOMETHING. ANYTHING.

That thing looks amazing. You know you want it.

I'm actually pacing. I think I need a drink. Will being drunk help? Of course it will.

No MOT history available, so it's safe to say it's been off the road for nearly a decade at least.

It will be fantastic to drive, do 48mpg at 80mph and keep your chosen welder in foreign holidays for many years. I would love another but will never buy a cx again with a sunroof.

I can't see mileage mentioned? Not a great problem but he doesn't mention clutch condition either. Mine was on 174k on the original clutch when i sold it, but it was getting pretty heavy then. On the turbo2 petrol cars this is a 17hour job as there isn't room to separate engine and gearbox in the car. I have a feeling the diesel is the same.

Rust underneath did for mine -the rear subframe parted company with the body. And rust in the rear arches, sills, front arches, floors, sunroof surround, driver's door, etc etc.

Bodywork looked like this one though- alpine white and shiny but I had it on steel wheels with Pallas trims.

yes you need to buy this.

yes it will drive you into the poor house, and drive you to despair and on many,. many occasions you will want to fix it with fire and matches, but on the odd occasions that it does work it will be totes amazing. and even broken it will look lovely sat squatting down on your drive.*(probably in a pool of its own HLM fluid looking smug/sheepish/pleased with itself....)

I'd like to 'tidy that up' with a box of Swan Vestas and a can of unleaded.

Grand Espace bigger than France itself with the 3.5 V6 lump.

Still a massive want in my collection, more and more seem to be getting this worrying engine rattle though. I'll have to dive into the American forums and see what they throw up, it's a Nissan unit that was voted one of the best V6s in mass production and features in loads of dull American sedans.

*ANORAK MODE* Seller mentions it's a cherished number. It's actually the original number - there were a batch of N*** SAX Saxo's registered for press & publicity vehicles back in 1996, this is one of them.
