And what's with the "Polis will be called sign"?

I think its to dissuade door-to-door sellers. You can imagine the conversation when you ring the coppers and tell them theres a flipping Scottish Energy sales rep on the doorstep, they’ll defo be pleased to help you with a full-on DEFCON 5 LOCAL EMERGENCY like that.

Re: strange sign in window on Kia listing

^Yeah but it's pretty intriguing. It says something that appears to end in "...ALES PEOPLE" above the bit that says police will be called. But the thick plottens, because the listing no longer contains that photograph.

I am very interested in what's going on there, mainly because I need to get out more.

^^ Those RS2000's will be making good money in ten or so years. The Mk5 Escort is shit, but the Ford RS badge alone will sell it to OLDSKOOLFORD types priced out of the cosworths etc.

We'll all be saying "I remember when you could pick a mint one of those up for a few hundred quid" and kicking ourselves.

Be nice to find a leak-free council lockup , properly lay up and stash one in it then forget about it for a while

^^^LOLZ @ Corts Beige SD1 post.

Actually a bland SD1 2000 gives me more of a horn than a Vitesse Twin Popadom thingy any day.

And not by a narrow margin. The benchmark raisage is a significant one.

The only way that will be beat is if someone advertises a car and posts a picture of their Aunt Nellie on a donkey in Skegness in 1962 with the justification that Nellie had a lift home in the car once in 1989 and said it was "comfy"
