Just get it bought and stop messing around.

Jeezers fucked, it's a 400 quid Datsun, for crying out loud.

I might phone Friday afternoon. Judging by the photos and the house  The odds are it will be a giffer who has lived in this area all his life. Thus he will talk english but will it will sound like swahilli down one of those yogurht pot telephones.

I am I looking forward to it. Honest!

What's it making you think, why has someone put a vw bumper on a sierra?

In fairness though it doesn't fit bad at all

Well - Cosworth innit?

We didn't get the cossie motor here but, for that very reason there is no way it can be road legal - unless someone went and fitted all of the emissions controls from a Merkur XR4Ti and then you would just be strangling the motor.

Reading the ad it's not really clear if he's trying to say he has converted a Sierra cossie to US spec or put the lump into a Merkur - either way I reckon it's a scam and/or totally illegal.  Shame as I would like one of those.

got a few dings but still looks pretty genuine and unmolested. 5 months test and no cambelt information. How much do you reckon it'll make? £350?

Theyre all autos you goon.

I have no need at all for this but it looks nice and I proper fancy it in a Philippa Forrester stylee

I won this last night for 295 quid. spoke to the seller this morning and all seems well, should be picking it up one evening next week

Well the only thing cosworth about that is the grill and the sticker on the boot, the shell is the xr4i/xr4ti type, the motor is the xr4ti 2.3 Lima turbo thats also found in the fox body mustang, i think the seller is playing on the lack of knowledge of the 3 door cosworth from potential buyers

if you need some of the rare as hens-teeth steptronic/stepspeed gearbox oil i have some in my garage, only Esso EZL-799 is approved.

you probably wont need it, as it will consume itself within a week of buying it like mine did. thats why you never see any on the road!

HPI says that Rover is a 5 speed Auto.

CAP says it's a 6 speed Step Semi Auto.

That Rover has MOT, it's only fair to the rest of us for Mr Bol to drive it back for MEGACOLEKSHUN thread.

Yeah, you would obs show pictures of it post accident, but not alert everybody to the fact it was driven by a blind tard into a river, leaving it on its nose for fuck knows how long...

Made me laugh though.
